This is to ensure the products can be fitted in different wall panels as per the cleanroom requirements.
Rounded Corners and Safety
Airbex double glass windows are equipped with unique rounded corners, which not only enhance the aesthetics but also contribute to the safety of the cleanroom. The rounded corners eliminate sharp edges, reducing the risk of accidents and injuries.
Flexible Installation Options
Our cleanroom glass view panels can be installed on various types of walls, including partition walls, plasterboard walls, and other masonry structures. They seamlessly integrate with the wall panel system, providing a flush and cohesive appearance. The panels have a thickness range of 50mm, 60mm, 80mm, or 100mm, with either 80mm or 30mm radius angles.
Customizable Options
Airbex offers different glass options for the view panels, including 6mm transparent float glass or 4+4 glass upon request. The panels feature an aluminum spacer with anti-condensation salts or granules to prevent condensation. Our double glass windows are CE-certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Additional Partition Wall Options
Our glass view panels can be built and inserted into double partition walls upon request. These walls have a black anti-condensation spacer and aluminum covering, providing insulation and preventing condensation. The thickness of these partition walls can range from 80mm to 1000mm. We can also prepare the windows to fit on plasterboard or brick walls per your requirements.
