What Sets Our Modules Apart?
We offer flexible and standard-quality wall panels with thickness varying from 50mm to 100mm and height adjustable up to 600 mm. Additionally, we also offer provisions to stack the panels one above the other, install electric cables using pre-designed PVC conduits, and make adjustments to the panel thickness.
External Paneling and Internal Insulation
Our wall panels are constructed with a combination of components chosen based on project specifications. The outer skin, typically 0.5mm to 0.8mm thick, can be customized to meet design requirements. Mordec utilizes PCGI (Pre-Coated Powder Coated Galvanized Iron) for durability and aesthetics for the double-skin panels.
Thickness and Provision for Electrical Cables
Mordec offers wall panels with varying thicknesses of 50mm, 60mm, and 80mm. These panels come with provision for PVC conduits, allowing for easy installation of electrical cables. Specifically, the 80mm and 100mm panels are designed to accommodate the return air from the built-in riser. Thanks to stackable panels, the panel heights can be adjusted up to 600mm, providing flexibility for different room configurations.
